Saskatchewan Passengers travel to Edmonton via
Greyhound Coach Line. Hotel in Edmonton is provided by
Pacific Gold Tours. A minimum of 20 passengers is required
to charter an exclusive charter coach for transportation
from Saskatchewan to Edmonton, AB.
This morning we welcome our fellow passengers in
Kamloops as we travel on some of the most beautiful and
less traveled BC highways. Our drive through the Caribou is
magnificent. Travel amid beautiful scenery, where we turn
east at Tete Juane Cache Junction
and enter Jasper National Park. We continue our trip through
the awesome mountains beautiful scenery Edmonton for the
overnight stay.

We greet Alberta passengers onboard our luxury coach this
morning! We travel through the rolling hills of Peace River
Country. Enroute we pass by Slave Lake, and are amazed by
Alberta's farm country and changing landscape. We spend
the night in Peace River. Join you Tour Director, Driver and
fellow passengers this evening for a "Welcome Get Acquainted
Dinner".

We travel on the Mackenzie Highway, pass through High
Level, cross the 60th Parallel and enter the Northwest Territories.
Enroute we enjoy spectacular views of beautiful
Alexandra and Louise Falls and pass through
extensive jack pine forest. We spend two nights in
Hay River, on the south shore of Great Slave Lake.
Today we enjoy a full day tour of Wood Buffalo Park!
Established in 1922 to protect Canada's only remaining herd of Wood Bison, the
park is now home, to the whooping cranes, and free roaming bison. A local guide
shows us this UNESCO Heritage Site. Enjoy a multi-image
presentation and the opportunity to see the world's
largest herd of free-roaming bison. This is a sub-artic
wilderness, which features: bogs, forests, lakes, meadows,
karst topography with caves, sinkholes and salt plains. We
visit the Dene Cultural Centre before departing Hay River.

Leaving Hay River we take a break at the picturesque Lady Evelyn Falls. We visit a
Roman Catholic Mission dating back to 1851. Our travels bring us to Yellowknife,
NWT, located on the shores of Great Slave Lake. The capital city has developed from
a tiny outpost into the bustling business centre of the North, but has maintained
its frontier perspective. We check into our Yellowknife, NWT hotel, our home, for
the next two nights.

This morning get ready for an exciting locally guided
city tour that will introduce us to a city that was built on
dreams, perseverance and ingenuity. The tour will provide
us with information and the sites of this fascinating
city and its surrounding areas. The Prince of Whales
Northern Heritage Centre gives the background of the
NWT and its people. Later we enjoy a cruise on the
Great Slave Lake. For those bird watchers out there,
have your camera's ready for the abundant array of
birdlife. There are a variety of waterfowl, eagles, Arctic
tern and osprey in these areas.

Yellowknife, NWT to Fort Simpson, NWT |

Today we head for Fort Simpson via Fort Providence. The
Slavey culture thrives here in an active Slavey Language Centre.
Enroute we stop at Whittaker Falls for a photo opportunity,
before continuing on to Fort Simpson. We arrive to Fort
Simpson, sitting low on an island at the confluence of the
Liard and Mackenzie Rivers. Along the countryside view the
monuments of the past, which includes the papal site, commemorating
the visit of Pope John Paul II. Fort Simpson is
also, the headquarters for the UNESCO World Heritage Site,
Nahanni National Park.

Today we travel along the Liard
Highway, through the Nahanni Range,
into Northern BC. Have your camera
ready to photograph the moose,
caribou, bears, and hundreds of bird
species. We stop at Fort Liard to
visit Acho-Dene Native Crafts, which
features handcrafted birch-bark
baskets and porcupine quillwork.

We drive south on the Alaska Highway following the Prophet River and catching
glimpses of breathtaking valley scenery. After a picture stop at "Mile 0" in Dawson
Creek, we check-in to our Dawson Creek hotel for an overnight stay.

British Columbia passengers journey west on the Trans Canada highway towards
home, cherishing their fond memories of the northern beauty. Watch and enjoy as
we pass through the Rocky Mountains and Lake Louise National Park, with photo
stops. Ensure to keep a lookout for the wildlife on the Highway! We continue our
journey through the North Okanagan Valley to Kelowna, BC. We bid a fond farewell
to the Okanagan passengers upon arrival in Kelowna. The West Coast passengers’
spend the night in Kelowna.
Home bound journey for Saskatchewan passengers by Greyhound Scheduled
Coach Line.
