Welcome Aboard! Sit back, relax and enjoy the luxury of our modern motorcoach.
Of course, it is air-conditioned and washroom equipped for your comfort and
enjoyment. The real journey starts as we board the BC Ferries for a short cruise
to Nanaimo. Relax and enjoy the scenery as we are off to Port Hardy, on the
north end of Vancouver Island, for the night.

This morning we board BC Ferries vessel, Queen of the North for a spectacular cruise through 440
kms of sheltered waters described as being "more beautiful than the fjords of Norway." Relax
and watch for eagles and whales as you travel through calm inlets, passing Evergreen covered
islands and majestic coastal mountains. We spend the night over at the beautiful coastal
city of Prince Rupert. Join your Tour Director and fellow passengers this evening for a
"Welcome Get Acquainted Dinner".

This morning we board BC Ferries for an 8 hour cruise across the Hecate Strait to the
Island of mystery. The Queen Charlotte Islands presents visitors with haunting scenic
vistas and a thriving coastal culture. We spend the next three nights on the Queen
Charlotte Islands.

Today get set for an unforgettable tour of the land of totem poles. Its an island
kingdom that emerged from the mists of time and flourished long before the first
sailing ships touched it's shores. A local tour guide provides today's historical and

This morning, a local guide conducts a tour to the rugged western coast of Graham Island.
This evening enjoy a traditional Haida Feast, complete with all the First Nation's pomp and
ceremony as we bid farewell to Haida Gwaii. A box lunch is included on your tour.

Queen Charlotte Islands
to Prince Rupert, BC

We board BC Ferries this morning for a 8-hour cruise to Prince Rupert.
Relax but keep a sharp lookout for the local wildlife. Tonight join your
tour director, driver and fellow passengers for a Farewell Dinner,
courtesy of Pacific Gold Tours in the coastal port of Prince Rupert.

Prince Rupert, BC to Smithers, BC |

We bid farewell to fly/coach passengers
as we journey to Smithers, BC today.
Today the first stop is at the North
Pacific Cannery, a rebuilt fishing
community from the turn of the
century. As we travel along the Skeena
River and move into the interior of BC,
our next stop is at the K'san Historical Village and Museum, a recreation
of an ancient Gitxsan village. We arrive in Smithers, our
home for the night.
All good things must come to an end! Today we say goodbye
to our newfound friends and fellow passengers as we take
home our memories of a wonderful
"Queen Charlotte Islands" experience.
Independently transfer to the Prince
Rupert Airport for your return flight
home.

Today we are back on the Yellowhead
highway where the highlight today
is a short tour to British Columbia's
second oldest community, the Ft. St.
James Historical site, to explore. Prince
George is our home for tonight.

to Williams Lake, BC

This morning we enjoy a tour of the
historic Cottonwood Ranch followed by
a visit to Barkerville. Relive the "Days of
the Gold Rush" as we travel through the historic town of Barkerville, home of the
Cariboo Gold Rush. Enjoy the fascinating
past of this ghost town named for Billy Barker, a miner that first found gold in
the 1860s. Admission to the Royal is also included in today's itinerary. We spend
the last night of our tour in Williams Lake, BC.

As our journey of discovery slowly comes to an end, as we travel to Vancouver
through the scenic Fraser Canyon. All good things must come to an end! We
say good-bye to fellow passengers as we arrive home with our memories of a
