Our short drive this morning brings us to Grande Pre National Historic
Site for a historical visit. The graceful stone church stands as a memorial

homes and farms. Afterwards,
we visit Port Royal, one of the
oldest European settlements in Canada.
We continue on and arrive in Digby to
catch the ferry to Saint John, NB, crossing
the Bay of Fundy with the world’s highest tides. We enjoy lunch during our
ferry crossing. The ferry brings us to Saint John, NB, the Loyalist City. Stroll along
the revitalized waterfront and Market Square of this old loyalist stronghold.
