Day 1 Arrive to Winnipeg, MB D
Arrive in Winnipeg, Manitoba and transfer to your first class downtown hotel.  As passengers are arriving at Winnipeg airport at different times, airport transfer is not included in this tour by Pacific Gold Tours.  Enjoy a full service first class hotel, as the rest of the day is free to do as you wish.  Meet and join your tour director and fellow passengers this evening for a “Welcome Get Acquainted” Dinner at the hotel.

Day 2 Winnipeg, MB B
Enjoy a full American breakfast this morning.  Welcome Aboard!  Today we are treated to a full day locally guided tour of Winnipeg including Fort Garry Park, the Ross House, Centennial Center, Assiniboine Park, St. Boniface Cathedral, the Winnipeg Art Gallery, Royal Canadian Mint, Legislature Buildings, and the Manitoba Museum of Man and Nature with its extensive exhibits.  Of particular interest is the Arctic-subarctic Gallery, which explores facets of the Inuit culture and supplies information on the wildlife and vegetation of the Arctic zone. (Subject to seasonal availability).  We return to our Winnipeg hotel for an evening of free time for your personal enjoyment.

Day 3 Fly to Churchill, MB 3 Nts,     B
This morning after our full American breakfast, we fly over to Churchill, MB (subject to flight schedule) where we will spend the next three days exploring the wildlife!   Our established local ground handler and school coach/bus meets us at the Churchill Airport to begin a comprehensive tour of the entire area.  Highlights include the Churchill Northern Studies Center, Miss Piggy (a downed Lamb Airplane), the Ithaca (a grounded nickel oar carrier), the Eskimo Museum and all of the sights and points of interest in between.  We arrive at our motel and check-in.  The rest of the evening is at your leisure.

Day 4 Full Day Tundra Buggy Tour B, L
Beluga Whale Departures ( July & August), after an included hearty breakfast, this morning is planned for Beluga Whale Watching. The Beluga Whales are known as the "sea canaries" due to their songs and chatter, which can even be heard above the water. Later on, we enjoy a half day excursion inside the massive tundra buggy tour.
Polar Bear Departures (October), after an included hearty breakfast, passengers enjoy the magnificent "Lord of the Arctic".   We are picked up and transported by bus to the tundra buggy launch area.  These massive vehicles have 8-wheel drive and will go anywhere.  An all day excursion to view the polar bears, birds, etc, includes lunch.  Our buggy is heated and equipped with a washroom onboard.

Day 5 Churchill, MB   B, D
This morning after our hot breakfast, we visit the Parks Canada Interpretive Centre, where we watch videos in the theatre and visit a reconstruction of a Polar Bear Den.  This afternoon we spend some time with Myrtle deMeulles.  Myrtle is a Metis woman who tells stories of her life growing up on a trap line with her family in Cumberland House, Saskatchewan.  Myrtle is a delight and will tell us all about her own very interesting art form.  Tonight we are treated to a Farewell Arctic Char Dinner courtesy of Pacific Gold Tours.

Day 6 Churchill to Winnipeg, MB B

After an included delicious breakfast, and depending on our group return flight time, we transfer to the Churchill airport for the return flight back to Winnipeg, where our tour concludes.   Pacific Gold Tours sincerely hopes you enjoy our deluxe adventure tour and arrive home with many pleasant memories.  We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for traveling with Pacific Gold Tours.
